It's in the Antioch area — specifically at 1430 Bell Road — which puts it well outside of downtown but still connected to it. Whetstone is in the Antioch neighborhood, which is south Nashville. It's not downtown, it's not East Nashville, it's not the Gulch. What it is: quiet, less expensive than central neighborhoods, and about 10 minutes from Nashville International Airport. You're close to I-24 and I-40 which gets you downtown in about 20-25 minutes depending on traffic. For remote workers who don't need to commute daily, this location actually makes a lot of sense — you get more space for less money and you're still reasonably close to everything.

One bedrooms start around $1,272 per month, two bedrooms from around $1,687, and three bedrooms from $1,985. If you want to be in the middle of Nashville's nightlife and restaurant scene, this isn't your spot.
